ROOM  RATES 

Room Rates do not include taxes (Additional 10%) 

Guest Cottage: (1 queen bed) & One (1) single loft bed - $440 per night (maximum 3 people), Private Bathroom           

Williamsburg: (1 queen) - $340 per night (maximum 2 people) Private Bathroom              

Shaker Suite: (1 queen) & Two (2) singles - $440 per night (maximum 4 people) (Shared Bathroom) + One (1) single alcove bed - $60 per night  

All Rooms: (Sleeping  up to 10 people) - $1200 per night

Minimum Stay: The minimum stay is 4 consecutive nights.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

It is our understanding that there will be several pick up points for shuttle service in our area.  In order to ride the official shuttles, you must have a ticket for that day’s events.

Scottwood Bed & Breakfast is prepared to assist our guests with transportation to/from shuttle pick-up points if needed.  The charge for that service is included in our overall rates.

• Scottwood is located 15 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park

DEPOSITS 

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.

 Acceptable forms of payment are:  Check, Master Card or Visa only.

 The balance of your payment is due on or before June 1, 2010.    

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation deadline for your reservation at Scottwood B&B is June 1, 2010.

If you miss this deadline you will be charged the balance of the reservation.  

NO SUB-LETTING 

Guests shall not sub-let or grant any license to use the premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Innkeepers.
