As we are generally booked in advance, it is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible.  1-3 nights stay require a 1 night deposit. 4 or more nights stay require a 50% deposit.  Reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of deposit. Payment my be paid by personal check or credit card.  
* Cancellations require a 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for a refund.  Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will not be refunded unless we cab re-rent your room.

* All cancelled reservations during the months of April, May & October are subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival & Check In - Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 9:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Two Night Minimum - On weekends and holidays there is a two-night minimum stay and on some holidays there is a three-night minimum. We make exceptions, however, depending on availability.

Smoking - Guests may smoke only on outdoor porches and verandahs.

Children - Are welcome with prior notice.

Pets - We do accept pets. Ask about our Pet Policy.

Cancellations - For a single room, notification of cancellation must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival. For multiple-room reservations, a one month notification of cancellation is required.

Deposit Policy -- A deposit equal to one night's stay is required; it is applied to the last day of the intended stay. If a guest arrives after the specified date or departs before the final day of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are also forfeited when notification of cancellation is not timely (see above).
